Frequently asked questions
What is a dynamic QR code?
Your QR code points to a fixed short address, and you change what that address shows from the panel whenever you like. Updating the menu never means reprinting the QR on the table.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Scanning with the phone camera opens a fast web page in the browser. No app or sign-up required.
How many languages can my menu have?
Turkish, English and Arabic. Visitors get the menu in their phone language automatically and can switch with one tap.
Where is my data stored? Is it GDPR/KVKK compliant?
Your data is stored on servers in Türkiye. Visit analytics are kept without personal data such as IP addresses, and each business is fully isolated from the others.
What happens when the trial ends?
At the end of the 14-day trial you choose a plan. If you don't, your account continues on the free Starter plan and nothing is deleted.
Can I use the same menu in several branches?
Yes. Assign one menu to several branches and each branch runs on its own time zone.
